Finski poljoprivrednici veoma su zainteresirani za Claas proizvode, posebice za strojeve za berbu po kojima su lideri u Europi, a i vjerojatno vodeći u cijelom svijetu. No, u finskoj, gdje tvrkta Konekesko zastupa ovu tvrtku, očekuju i dobru prodaju traktora. Na tom sajmu Claas je dobio tri zvijezdice za Arion 400 PANORAMIC koji je veliki adut u kategoriji traktora raspona od 90 do 114 konjskih snage.

CLAAS together with Konekesko, a subsidiary of the Finnish Kesko Group, announced that they would be launching CLAAS tractors in the Finnish market. The launch took place recently at the KoneAgria Agricultural Machinery and Equipment Fair in Tampere, north of Helsinki. The first five seed green tractors were sold directly at the trade fair.
"At this year's KoneAgria fair in Tampere, we introduced CLAAS tractors to the public for the first time. In addition to the CLAAS harvesting machines, we presented our full range of tractors from the ATOS to the AXION 900 at our exhibition stand. Finnish farmers and contractors have been waiting for us to take this step. They are highly interested in CLAAS tractor technology and, in fact, we sold our first five machines", reports Marek Görlich, CLAAS Regional Manager.
He is convinced that, together, they will be successful: "CLAAS is Europe's market leader in the harvesting machinery sector and has also developed the CLAAS tractor into a premium product over the last 12 years. We already have many customers in the Baltic region who are using tractors built by CLAAS, and the launch in Finland offers even more potential for growth."
This means that CLAAS is now also represented in Finland with its full range of products. In addition to this, Konekesko and CLAAS will be co-operating exclusively in the Baltic States of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania from January 2016 onwards. To this end, a long-term sales and distribution agreement was signed for all four countries.
In the course of the Finnish agricultural machinery exhibition several of the exhibits were officially selected for awards by a panel of judges. CLAAS received three stars – the highest award – for the ARION 400 PANORAMIC. "The ARION 400 is a very important tractor for the Finnish farming sector. The 90 – 114 HP performance class accounts for 35 to 40% of the tractors market," stresses Jukka Keltto, Head of the Konekesko Agricultural Machinery Division.
After the KoneAgria fair, Konekesko and CLAAS embarked on a joint CLAAS tractor roadshow across Finland.
